The 15 Pro 5G has a far higher-resolution main camera, 48MP against the 14 Plus 5G's 12MP, and there's more battery in the 14 Plus 5G, 4325mAh to 3274mAh, which should mean longer between charges in day-to-day use. The 15 Pro 5G offers up to 1TB of storage versus 512GB on the 14 Plus 5G, and the 14 Plus 5G has the bigger screen, 6.7" against 6.1". Get the 15 Pro 5G if you want the newer hardware; if not, the 14 Plus 5G is usually cheaper and does much the same job.
If you'd rather pay up front, the 14 Plus 5G is the cheaper buy at £240 SIM-free.
