The 13 is the lighter phone at 173g against 203g. Get the 14 Plus 5G if you want the newer hardware; if not, the 13 is usually cheaper and does much the same job.
The 13 is the cheaper one to own: around £433 over a typical contract, £262 less than the 14 Plus 5G.
