Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max vs Apple iPhone 14
Our Verdict: If you've got the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 is two years of updates on from it. There's more battery in the 12 Pro Max, 3687mAh to 3279mAh, which should mean longer between charges in day-to-day use, and the 12 Pro Max has the bigger screen, 6.7" against 6.1". The 14 5G is the lighter phone at 172g against 228g. The 14 5G is the better phone; upgrade from the 12 Pro Max if you want the newer hardware, or hold on if yours still does the job.
If you'd rather pay up front, the 14 5G is the cheaper buy at £200 SIM-free.
