The 6 is the lighter phone at 0g against 212g, and only the 6 has a water-resistance rating (IP68); the 7 Pro has none. The 7 Pro is worth the extra if the updates matter to you, but the 6 is a good buy if the price has dropped.
If you'd rather pay up front, the 6 is the cheaper buy at £119 SIM-free.
