Sony Xperia 1 vs Sony Xperia 1 IV
Our Verdict: The Xperia 1 and Xperia 1 IV launched together: the 1 is the standard model and the IV the higher-end one. The IV supports 5G while the 1 tops out at 4G, and the IV packs the bigger battery, 5000mAh against 3330mAh, which should mean longer between charges in day-to-day use. The IV goes up to 256GB of storage, where the 1 tops out at 128GB. The IV is the one to have if you want what it adds, but the 1 is the smarter buy if you'd rather keep the money.
